We are here to grow the sport of Muay Thai and showcase the martial arts by giving martial artists a platform to perform. One of the ways we do this is by hosting memorable events for the local community to come and enjoy, but we have always wanted to take things further and broadcast the show in order to give the athletes a greater audience, as well as expose their skill and dedication to wider audience.

With this goal in mind, we have gone to great lengths, and we were able to secure a live broadcast deal with FITE TV for our last and future events. Our eventual goal is to get a live televised broadcast deal, and we will stop at nothing to achieve this! It gives us great pleasure however to announce that ECL 3 will be making its broadcast premier on Fight Network Wednesday September 26th at 10pm eastern, 8pm mountain time.

Fight Network was originally conceived in Canada, when it was granted approval from the Canadian telecommunications regulator, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commision (CRTC) on January 30, 2004. The channel launched as The Fight Network, commonly abbreviated as TFN, under the leadership of Mike R. Garrow, on September 22, 2005, initially on Rogers Cable in Ontario and New Brunswick only. Today, Fight Network is available Canada-wide and is the number one channel for fight based programming.

It’s a profound honor for us to be associated with such an emphatic Canadian success story, and are looking forward to a nurturing a fruitful relationship between the Edmonton Combat League and Fight Network. Don’t forget to tune in for the broadcast premier of ECL 3: Canada vs USA at 8pm mountain time on Fight Network.
